Chef Ashley Henderson's love for cooking began while spending
time in the kitchen with her great-grandmother and being a part
of a family of cooking women. As a young girl, she remembers the
holidays being the BEST! All the women were in the kitchen until
the early morning preparing the holiday meal. Chef Ashley was
blessed to be the fourth generation that loved cooking.
At 13, she knew she wanted to become a chef and never looked
in any other direction. Chef Ashley studied Culinary Art at Le
Cordon Bleu. Her professional experience came from working
through Dallas's best restaurants beginning with the FOH and
working her way to the BOH. Ashley proudly says she’s worked in
every aspect of a restaurant. Chef Ashley’s, been fortunate to
gain her service and culinary standards from her experiences
working at Nobu, Craft Dallas, Fearing’s at The Ritz-Carlton, and
560 by Wolfgang Puck. She sets the bar wherever she goes.
After serving two years as Executive Chef of The Tower Club of
Dallas. Currently, Chef Ashley is the Executive Chef at a Hilton
brand hotel. All while continuing to grow Tipsybuns,
BRUNCHSOCIETY, and SEATED Supper Club. Chef Ashley is
passionate about the culinary industry.
