Chef Ashley Henderson’s love for cooking began while spending time in
the kitchen with her great-grandmother and being a part of a family of cooking women. The holidays were the best. All the women were in the kitchen until the early morning preparing the holiday meal.
At the age of 13, she realized she wanted to become a chef knowing she loved cooking.
Ashley obtained professional experience by working at the front of the house for eight years at some of Dallas’ premier restaurants,
such as Nobu, Craft Dallas at the W Hotel, Fearing’s at The Ritz-Carlton, and 560 by Wolfgang Puck.
Ashley has been fortunate and has used her talents to work her way up from line cook to Executive Chef of higher-end restaurants, hotels, and private clubs. After serving Two Years as Executive Chef of The Tower Club of Dallas. Chef Ashley owns and operates #Brunchsociety, SEATED, and Tipsybuns.
Cooking is genuinely Ashley’s passion, and she is thankful to be fully living her dream.
