Our founder, Chef Ashley Henderson, inherited her love for gastronomy from her family and honed her skills at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu before working at the finest restaurants in Dallas, including Nobu, Craft Dallas, Fearing's at The Ritz-Carlton, and 560 by Wolfgang Puck. Her culinary talents are a celestial symphony of flavors, and her passion for food is contagious!
